  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, size, or finish.

  • Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Payment

Refund & Returns Policy

At Boho Chic by JFM, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handmade, each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Change of Mind

As our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer want the item.

Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photographs carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Once your claim has been assessed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)

  • A repair where appropriate

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances

3. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

  • Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval.

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or intentionally damaged will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Our error (incorrect item sent), or

  • A confirmed manufacturing defect,

we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
